Digital goods

Returns and refunds

13th Beach Marketing Services Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If you wish to return a purchase, please notify me within 7 days with a valid reason. If I am unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, I will process a refund promptly. Refunds will be made by the same method used for payment. Other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law, all refunds are made at my discretion.
